- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm flexible on hourly versus per project rate and enjoy talking to the client to get a better understanding of the project scope and timeline before determining estimated number of hours for an hourly rate or a capped total project fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Dayton and a BS in Business Administration- Marketing and Operations from the Ohio State University. Strategic brand positioning, copywriting and editing, market research, and digital content design have all been fundamental parts of the Marketing roles I've held for the past decade. I love learning and meeting new people from other industries at conferences and trainings! I've participated in the following trainings in recent years: Effective Edge Writing workshop, CEB's Challenger Sale bootcamp, Innovation Engineering accelerated product launch workshop, Rev1Venture's Concept Academy for startups, and Hubspot, Salesforce.com, The Story Brand, and Story Mythos webinars and workshops.
