Wow! We just had the most amazing experience with Bill. Beyond just being wonderfully honest and professional, he’s a kind and caring person who really just wants to help people. He completed a very thorough assessment, educated us about how to spot mold, where it would typically be, etc. we (luckily) ended up not needing a remediation at this time but will absolutely be calling him back if that time ever comes. Thought I potentially had a mold problem based on a consistently musty odor and a couple spots in my basement where there looked to be a tiny bit of activity so I made an appointment with Pure Maintenance to have an expert take a look. Bill came out, took a look around, and ultimately advised me not to use his service as my problem wasn't significant enough. He gave me a few tips and told me to call him if I had future problems. I very much appreciate his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to push a product that wouldn't have been worth the cost in my situation. Bill is an honest & trustworthy professional.

Pure Maintenance offers the best mold remediation service available. They have an amazing dry fog that can kill all the mold in a house without using harsh or toxic chemicals.
