- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge in flat fees for the project, which means that phone calls and emails are included and encouraged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In these uncertain times, we will set up a time to meet over a virtual service such as Zoom or Skype. I will collect all the information I need to begin the process of either estate planning or probate administration, and we will customize the next steps from then on.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1. Please be as detailed as possible and very specific in your request. Have ALL your records and paperwork ready to provide to your attorney. 2. Most attorneys won't respond to "I'm looking for a lawyer for my parents..." or "my brother needs a lawyer so he can deed the house to me..." because you can't really force another person to retain a lawyer. Only the person looking for an attorney should be the one reaching out.
