What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to be in contact any way we can, whether it is email, phone, or a simple message here, on Thumbtack. We LOVE to meet our customers for FREE coffee. Our partner owns a chain of Coffee houses which allows us to use the famous BEAN coffee house for meetings to establish relationships with our customers. We love to meet, discuss your event, and make sure everything runs well before we discuss a contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As far as education goes, we have over 9 years in the business, and most of our staff is quipped with over 500+ jobs of experience. Our DJ/ MC as well as photo booths are state of the art.
