What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All price estimates include labor, materials, delivery and pickup. This is truly a top quality service. Discounts will be given to clients with multiple pieces. Our most popular pieces to refinish and/or repair are dining room sets and dressers. Dining Tables start @ $350.00 Dining chairs start @ $115.00 Dressers start @ $300.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off by discussing your project by phone or email, giving you complete knowledge of the process and options that you have so that you may stay on budget. Then we will schedule an opportune time to come out and give you an in home consultation. At this time, past clients will release their furniture so that we may perform our work in the shop and return the piece with a refinish that is sometimes better than new. We are not happy until the customer is happy. *We also have no problem returning for a second consultation or bringing sample pieces if needed.
