Introduction: Don't expect a "snapshot session with fake smiles" - we're going to laugh! My work is tailored to each client and I direct you through the positions and expressions that are most flattering. We will review the shots as we go so we can capitalize on what is working and make corrections as needed. In the end, you get an image as well as a set of tools you can use for every picture you have taken in the future. My style for acting and modeling clients has proven to be very successful in answering casting calls and getting auditions. For corporate and social media profiles, I work with you to make sure the message you want to convey is properly portrayed in your expression. Jason was great. He sat and talked with my daughter first to help her feel comfortable; then was patient, guiding, playful, and positive throughout the shoot. We ended up with so many great photos it was difficult to choose which one to use for her current headshot. Jason didn't just take her picture; he taught her about messages you send with your expressions and poses, information I know she'll use in other contexts. Thanks Jason for a great experience; we definitely recommend you to others.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with warm introductions and a brief sit-down to discuss expectations. Then the fun begins – moving the body and face with lots of laughs. Intermittently, we go through images deleting 90% of what we have and only keeping the great ones. By the end, you will have a different outlook on portrait sessions.

I developed a passion for photography at an early age and have worked to hone my skills in all areas of photography. Portraiture is by far the genre I enjoy the most.
