Bob took his time to inspect the house and property at a very high level. We walked around together the entire time and were able to discuss findings on the spot. His background in building was one of the reasons I went with him. I work in the trades as well, so we even discussed possible solutions together. Bob is very professional, yet down to earth as well, his reports are comprehensive and easy to navigate and understand. You could do A LOT worse by going with someone else, but you'd be hard pressed to do much better.

      Q & A

      • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspections generally start at the $250 range and varry depending on many factors like size, age, construction. I also offer radon testing and water testing that can be found on my website.
      • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first introduce myself and go over what my inspection will include. I also give an idea of the time frame depending on the property. I recommend the customer walk with me and ask questions.
      • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed as a home inspector in the state of NH. I am also a Certified inspector and this means I have done training over and above license requirements. I also belong to InerNACHI an association of home inspectors and abide by their standards of practice. I have a long background in residential construction I build my first speculative home at the age of 24.
