Zach did a phenomenal job on a demo project at my home. The result is that you cannot tell there was ever a room there at all! It was a difficult project because it involved removing two roofs, (one built on top of the other if you can believe that) and he managed to keep his sense of humor throughout. Prompt, knowledgeable, polite and professional are a few of the words I would use to describe him and I would definitely hire him again and plan to in the Fall. I noticed he followed the "measure twice, cut once" rule on detail work and when he was finished, left the worksite in pristine condition.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's honest and upfront. Once a price is set it will not change through out the job unless something major comes into play Always free estimates
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like meeting my customers in person to discuss any details of the job at hand. After speaking with them and visiting where I'll be working I write up the free estimate and invoice. If the invoice is accepted i will ask for a third of the bill down for a deposit and the rest after completion of the task
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing frame to finish carpentry for over 10 years
