- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies from project to project always striving to stay within the operating budget of the client. On average projects will range from $149-$699
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is an over the phone consultation (free of charge) to ensure that we are a good match professionally. If you are interested in being a part of the creative process we will establish a time to meet in person and go over our options, otherwise we will begin work within 72 hours of receiving initial payment. In less than a week your project will be ready for review and any needed modifications can be made at that time. Any remaining payment will need to be made before ownership of the created product will be released to client. Project is marked completed after the client and company designer/technician have both signed off on it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We began as a form of supplemental income for volunteers of non-profits and para-church organizations, so that they would be financially free in order to donate more of their time to the cause they were supporting.
