- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 20% discount for all military, police officers, fire fighters, and doctors/nurses. Our prices are very reasonable and do not charge for extra questions or concerns throughout the year. We charge flat fees based on what kind of services you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I will meet with my customers to determine their needs and then we will move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree and continue keeping up on all new laws by continually taking classes and seminars every year.
