I have been training with Andrew now for over 7 months, not only to build strength and confidence, but to become overall physically fit. In this short amount of time I have visible proof that I am moving closer to reaching my personal goals. My upper and lower body as well as my core have responded well to the various techniques Andrew has introduced to me, specifically using kettle bells and Indian clubs. These new and unconventional techniques have kept me engaged and motivated during each workout session. Andrew ensures proper form and technique are maintained through the duration of each session. I have successfully lowered my body weight and increased muscle mass all while remaining pain and injury free. Andrew is personable and expresses a personal interest in each and everyone of his clients. He listens to what his clients want, designs a plan with realistic goals, and drives them toward success.

In addition to being very knowledgeable in conventional training, Andrew is also knowledgeable in unconventional training and brings this knowledge to help you meet your goals. He is also very knowledgeable about proper nutrition and the impact of proper diet on your results. With this broad background, Andrew will be able provide a holistic approach to meet your health and wellness needs. I, myself have increase my weekly training from 2 to 3 times per week (incorporating Muay Thai training) and nutritional discussions with Andrew. So, whatever your goals are, Andrew will be able to help you develop a program that will help you successfully meet your goals!

Awesome trainer! Unconventional training was new to me - battle ropes, mace, kettlebells. He really knows his stuff and he walked me through it. By the end of the session, it was fluid and hit muscles I didn't know I had. An amazing work out. But his mobility training was what really BLEW ME AWAY! The techniques he showed me released some chronic knee pain I've had for TEN years. I've been gutting it out and thought: hey, we all get older, right? That's what happens. Things wear down. I just assumed I would live with forever with the pain, develop a long term relationship with advil or have to get surgery. Nope. GONE! I can't thank you enough bro and I can't wait to learn more at our next session. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WITHOUT RESERVATION!

Amazing trainer!!! Very thorough and focused on my goals. The workouts are challenging but paying off, sleeping better, more energy, and starting to see the definition in my muscles.
