What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depend on the number of my stamps/signatures and the time to get to the appointment. I am willing to work with my clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In all cases I ask for what type of document/s need to ne Notarized. If legal and acceptable, I will ask for all signers to be present with a valid government issued identification for Notarizations and loan closings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Member of "PAN" Pennsylvania Association of Notaries. Montgomery County Community College, Certified Signing Agent, 3/2016. Member pf "NNA" National Notary Association, Certified and Background checked.
