- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a standard prices system with regards to catering and private chef services because there are so many variables. However with cooking classes, we generally charge $50-65/hr depending on travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to have a consultation over the phone to ensure we are both on the same page. Once we have those commonalities. We begin to dig deeper into the specifics of expectations, cost, date, time and food.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a four year degree from The Culinary Institute of America - Hyde Park, NY and I am currently a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu.
