- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary for mobile instructor option. Invoice is due by the day of training. Invoice may be paid in person or online using link on invoice that is mailed to students upon registration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an appointment is set, the student will receive a welcome to class letter via the email provided at registration. This email will provide all information that is needed as it pertains to the scheduled training. An invoice will also be sent to email provided at registration.
