- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to offer our customers the best possible price for their junk removal projects. We may not always be the cheapest option, but we will always show up and work like you are paying us a million dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with us is easy. The customer contacts us we set a time to come out to the project. We show up look at the job, confirm the job details and price. Then our customer sits back while we complete the job. At the end, we do a walkthrough with the customer to make sure their happy if everything is good we collect payment. If something is wrong we fix it. We make the whole process as easy as possible for our customers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. We have been contacted by large companies such as Verizon. We have been contacted by a trailer park in Casa Grande to clean up the whole park. Unfortunately, we did not win the bids with those companies but it was an honor to even be considered. We have done a property clean up for an out of state company. But mostly we work with homeowners or renters who just need to get rid of some stuff.
