A couple of years of work related stress and bad eating and sleeping habits caused me to gain weight. I was feeling very sluggish and unhealthy in general. That was when my close friends recommended Jose. They had been working out with him and I saw the difference it made on their health and fitness. I signed up with Jose more than two years ago not knowing how long I will keep it up. But I am happy to say I am still working out with him feeling stronger and healthier. He keeps me motivated and at the same time pushing me to do better and better every session. He keeps mixing up my routines to make sure I do not get bored and advises me on better eating and sleeping habits in order to hit my goals. He has been very flexible on the schedule and has been will to work with my constraints. I will wholeheartedly recommend Jose as a personal trainer.

I have been training with Jose for about a month now and have enjoyed going to every session, His persistence keeps me focused and committed to a 3-day weekly gym schedule. He’s helped develop a new attitude when working out. Along with more drive to stay healthy, I try harder to make the right diet choices to support my progress. The expertise and guidance he’s provided through my strength training sessions have been great. His consistent updates and redesigning of my sessions keeps me progressing consistently and I look forward to each session! Would definitely recommend him as a trainer.

Amber is an amazing trainer. She adjusts sessions based on how my body is feeling, and she creates unique exercises plans ahead of time. She also sets up workout routine on the app which is easier to follow on my own on the days I dont go in person for the session.

I have been training with Jose for over 5yrs. It is one of the best things I could have done for myself. After a particularly stressful period at work, I had gained weight and developed back pains. He helped me lose the weight and build strength and muscles that got rid of my back pain. The training sessions are personalized - Jose is very knowledgeable and tailors the sessions to what your body needs - even through injuries. I was even able to keep up my training virtually during covid. I am however glad to be back in person- the Fitness Minded studio is a wonderful space to workout.
