- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All pricing is individualized based off package size. The bigger the package the smaller per session rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, a phone call to get to know your goals better and to schedule an assessment. Second, an assessment and body composition test to set the baseline. also sit done and talk in more details about your fitness goals. Third, schedule days dedicated to workout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an ACE certified professional, with specialties in Functional Training as well as Flexibility Training. I have experience with all kinds of backgrounds but truly specialize with beginners who are trying to build muscle and lose some body fat and build some confidence in the gym.
