- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I like to maintain a relationship with for 3 months. There are three payment options. You can purchase each session as you commit to them for $100 each one hour session. You can pay month by month and receive 5 sessions for $400 per month (a $100 dollar savings). The last option is to pay $1000 up front for all three months, which includes 15 sessions (a $500 savings). This cost includes the use of our online dashboard, which tracks the progress of your goals, sends and sets reminders, has an online journal, and a free online course that aides you in becoming the best version of yourself. It also includes a free 20 minute consultation to see if coaching is the best road for you, one on one coaching sessions on your desired area of focus, a free online course that focuses on helping you to become the best version of yourself and a new friend in me. ☺
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically have a free 20 minute phone conversation with them to see if coaching is the correct path for them. If it is, I send you a quick intake form that asks basic questions to help jump start your area of focus and to help aide me in being the best coach possible. Our sessions are a judgement free zone where I ask probing open ended questions that aide you in creating a plan for yourself to go forward. I then help aide you in making that plan successful by setting obtainable goals. Each time we meet, we take note of each goal and the progress you've made, setting in action goals that can help you overcome all that might try to derail you on your road to success.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in nonprofit consulting for almost 10 years. While being a consultant was rewarding and similar to coaching, I always felt like I was missing the tools to fully influence people. When I learned what a life coach did, I felt like I had found the niche I was looking for my skill set. I went through the process to become certified and slowly started to take on clients. I enjoy coming along side people and cheering them on as they win in life!
