I’ve used other companies in the past who were late, bad customer service, and did a half job. I didn’t mind paying a little more with Request Maids. Cory was very friendly when i called to change my cleaning time and Nikki always does a great job.

Booking process was very convenient & my house definitely looked like someone cleaned it who knew what they we’re doing! Considering doing biweekly with them!

Sent a message asking for a follow up when I was trying to find a new service provider and didn’t even get the courtesy of a simple response. Obviously I went with a provider that cares enough to communicate with potential and existing customers!
