I started visiting Amy Marks about two years ago on a whim after seeing her ad in one of the local magazines. Up to that point I had never been to a masseuse.
It took several visits before I learned how to relax and allow the massage to work, but once I did - WOW! What a difference it has made in my life! My stress levels at work and at home have been greatly reduced and I sleep much better. Matter of fact, I took Ambien for several years to help me sleep and now I longer have to use that drug. My blood pressure has gone down considerably. Recurring back problems from a traffic accident 40 years ago are practically gone. I knew there would be health benefits but I never realized how many. Why did I wait over fifty years?!
I'm sure every person is different, but now I find if I don't get a massage at least once a month I really start to feel it. Amy does a great job and the atmosphere in her office is inviting and relaxing. It's an all encompassing experience!

Amy has done marvelous work in alleviating my various aches and pains. I have been a regular client of hers for nearly a year and a half. She has a gift for locating the exact spot where my muscles and joints ache the most - even without me telling her in advance. Once she locates one of these "trouble" spots, she applies a variety of techniques to work out the problem. Plus, she is a delightful person and conversationalist.

The best massage ever! Amy was spot on with her pressure and really helped relieve all tension from my sore shoulder! I will never go anywhere else for my massage needs! Everyone should give her a shot!
