- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our work is heavily customized. The standard fee for our web audit it $298. We do not work off of retainers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on where the client is in their business - we will typically start our relationship off with an in-depth website analysis. We will cover the topics of optimization, analytics, content and branding. We will include on finding on the following; Title Tag, Meta Description, Google Search Preview, Most Common Keyword Test, Keyword Usage, Keyword Cloud, Heading Status, Heading Status, Sitemap, Broken Links Test, Image Alt Text, Favcon, Backlinks, Social Media, Site Load Speed, Server Signature Test, Recommended Fixes. From there, generally a 15-20 page document, we determine what will be the best piece to tackle first! We let the audit of the current landscape do the talking, unless our client has something specific they want to focus on.
