Richard is amazing! This is the first time in many years that I've actually seen results in my weight and inches! He is knowledgeable in all areas of training and nutrition. He knows the proper exercises for me given my back issues and has actually helped to improved my back pain. I love how no two workouts are the same and he's able to train me and husband together even though we are at different levels. Richard cares about personal goals and works with you towards achieving them. He personalizes the workouts and changes them as you progress. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is based off 1 Individual session per week. If you train more than once a week, additional discounts apply. 2 sessions weekly= $40 per session/$320 monthly. 3 sessions weekly= $35 per session/$420 monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We spend time gathering initial data, such as, body composition, strength, cardiovascular and general health assessments. We set short and longer-term fitness goals as well as setting up your 8-12-week fitness routine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bachelor of Science in exercise science at Portland State University, National Academy Sports Medicine- Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
