We were having issues with the scan to email feature on our Toshiba. The first technician that came to our location did not accomplish nor fix anything. The second technician did troubleshooting over the phone, and the issue still was not resolved. The company tried to charge for both technicians when the problem still had not been resolved. After refusing to pay for a job that was not completed, the manager displayed his excellent customer service by telling me to forget the damn bill and never call him again. Thank you for your time and consideration. As I explained clearly the first time we sent a technician out we need to have access to the password for the network to scan to email. On both occasions you did not provide the passwords. And yes, as per our term's we should have been paid for the service calls. However, since we did not fix your machine we did not charge you. I don't believe I was that rude. My apologies if I came across abrasive. Best regards Ken Weigel.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If you bring the equipment to our office we will give you a free estimate. New customers are on a C.O.D. basis and can apply for credit. We take government purchase orders and large organization purchase orders.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our technicians are factory trained on all major brands of copiers, printers, faxes, MFP's and scanners. We are an authorized partner for Brother, Canon, HP, Copystar, Lexmark, Xerox and more.
