I also am a general fitness trainer, so I have skills in all areas...Ive been training for over 26 years and doing it as my own business for 12 years. If you want to look your best and feel your best I am that trainer for you. I make sure all workouts are tailored to fit my clients needs. I keep it fun and exciting constantly changing routines to keep it interesting for you my client. As my client i make sure you accomplish your goals, stay focused, feel my attention is focused on you, your time is your time and i make sure you know that. I train adults, kids, and the elderly in a different array of fitness techniques to suit my clients fitness goals.If you have a specific goal you are trying to reach i'm sure we will conquer it.

I trained with Sterling twice weekly, sometimes 3 times weekly, for about 5 months. From our initial consultation it was clear that Sterling was extremely knowledgeable with regards to fitness and health. Sterling is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. He creates a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging through a combination of diverse training methods and also paying close attention to correct form for each exercise. Even on those days when I did not feel I had another ounce of energy in me; Sterling’s high energy and drive forced me to push myself beyond my perceived limitations. Sterling is not just a “generic” personal trainer giving every client the same workout plan and regiment. I initially began training with Sterling for overall fitness and health; during my training I decided I wanted to compete in a fitness competition. Sterling was able to quickly adapt to this change and designed a completely new workout plan and nutrition plan that was more suitable for my goal. Sterling is wholeheartedly committed to his work and ultimately his clients and provides the perfect scenario to equipped clients with the tools and skill sets necessary for a successful and healthier lifestyle. Sterling is professional, efficient and extremely competent. I recommend Sterling for a personal trainer without reservation.

I hired Mr. Perry as my personal fitness trainer about 1 ½ years ago when I was 50 lbs heavier. Mr. Perry started me off with a meal plan and specific training days were he instructed and monitored my efforts. Mr. Perry was professional in his approach. He and I set up a schedule and we stuck to it. He made sure that he was always at the designated place—at the designated time. As I stated above, Mr. Perry gave instruction and guided me in my workouts. There were times when he worked out along side of me, just to make me feel comfortable. In reference to weight training, I can still hear him saying, “If it isn’t burning, you aren’t doing it right!” Unfortunately, due to financial crisis, I have not had the opportunity to work with Mr. Perry in a few months; however, I would definitely recommend him and utilize him, again and again, without reservation.
