- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to hear about your event first and foremost, so that we know exactly what you want to do. Then we will draw up an estimate, which will turn into a digital contract, and finally we will set you up with our payment gateway so that you can pay your retainer for service. The entire process can be completed in just minutes!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2011, and have done hundreds of events. We have the knowledge, professionalism, the equipment, and the staff to make your event truly unforgettable!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our industry is quite saturated. Unfortunately there are many individuals doing business who do not have the passion of the knowledge to get the job done right. Be sure to ask good questions such as WHY and HOW they do what they do. Also what sets them aside from other companies offering the same service.
