FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is typically between $40 and $105 per hour, depending on what is expected. We can serve court papers for a flat fee of $30-$60.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves via e-mail or by telephone. We'll talk about the reason for the service request and I'll provide my perspective on the probability of a successful conclusion. If there is a match between what is expected and what we are able to provide, we'll send over a short contract and get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in business, a masters degree in public administration, I'm in my final year of law school and I have 40 years of law enforcement training including narcotics, traffic, child abuse, crime scene, homicide, robbery, burglary, every sort of theft and fraud, internal affairs, and a slew of other training courses. My expertise was in surveillance. I can follow someone successfully, video tape their every move, and create time stamped video and photographic evidence of what I've seen. You will find my work as professional as you will get anywhere.
