- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Spanish and ESL classes are $40 an hour. Piano and trumpet lessons are $60 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New students of Spanish or English are assessed verbally and assigned a level. Emphasis is on conversation. We try to help people imitate and repeat as much as possible. When we receive material for translation we respond immediately and can complete work in one to two days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Marguerite Kaiser, born in California, studied Latin and Spanish in high school and college. She lived and taught music and English in Central America for 20 years. Leonardo Valverde is a native of Central America and has degrees from U S universities. He has lived and taught music and Spanish in the U S for 13 years. Both teacher/translators enjoy bridging the peoples of the North and Central American countries.
