- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I figure out what we need to buy call the wholesaler get prices for that time of year and double supply cost plus tax and will set up everything at your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have the brides come to my house and let them see photos of my work. Not FTD photos. Will give them ideas to save money and give a price within 2 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a florist for over 30yrs. Have done over 600 weddings. I have also worked in shops and have been a custom designer for Tai pan trading.
