- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free on-site estimates and can be flexible with large distribution payments. We offer a range of Summer and Winter Discounts during the year. Once we set a price, we stand by our estimate! Only any additional work done AFTER initial estimate will require a price adjustment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We reach out by Phone or Text to establish the cleaning situation. 2. We make an appointment to visit the site (home or business) and assess conditions for a final estimate. 3. You let us know if you have any questions or additional concerns about the service. 4. We begin CLEANING! (Same day or Scheduled ahead!)
