FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge $100 / hour flat rate for regular service. For projects that are big I charge $250 for the first 4 Hours then $80 increment every hour after that. I'm also really considerate and negotiable for jobs that would take only 5minutes to fix for example, I charge $25 flat for those really fast fix.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by greeting my customer with a big smile. Introduce myself and then get to know each other in a very friendly but professional way. I then proceed with asking what the current issues a new customer is facing, then I'll do brainstorming inside my head, come up with as much solutions as possible, then start working to remedy the issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bachelor's degree in Information Technology majoring in Software Engineering. But before that, I have already been fixing computers and troubleshoot other handheld devices since 13 and had improved my experience overtime.
