Gerald was the inspector that went out to my future home to inspect it today. He was extremely thorough. Its already scary to purchase a new home as it is and the uncertainty in the world is serious. He literally went over every inch of the house and inspected and reviewed areas of the home you would never think of or in some cases another inspector may have missed. The best part was he requested to talk to.me about the inspection and went over the report line by line and spoke with honesty and stated was dangerous and what could be lived with. He really took the time to be genuine and truthful and made you feel like family. I recommend anyone and everyone to him and to use corpus christi home inspections.

I rarely post reviews of companies but Corpus Christi Home Inspections has really just impressed me so much. My husband and I are in the process of buying our first home - a new build - and we found out about 3 days before our walk-through that we should really have an independent inspection conducted outside of the home builder. Within an hour of submitting a form online, Gerald Herrmann called me and confirmed a single availability they had for the following day. He conducted a very thorough inspection around 11AM and I got my report before 2AM. He also called to see if I had any questions and walked me through a couple of key pieces, giving me some great recommendations. The peace of mind is worth every penny spent. They were so courteous - despite our last minute urgency - and so accommodating when they really didn't have to be. They truly care for their clients and want to ensure you're moving into a quality home. I just can't recommend them enough. We can really breath a sign of relief. As if buying a home site-unseen isn't scary enough, paying to have it inspected is expensive. We're so happy we went with Gerald Herrmann withCorpus Christi Home Inspections. Not only did I request the inspection after business hours, I needed it to be done within 48 hours. Because the market is CRAZY right now I figured we would have to wait. Gerald called me within MINUTES and had us scheduled for the following day. The inspection for 2k sq ft home took a few hours and we instantly received the detailed report. Gerald called us and kindly walked us through everything. He helped us to understand what was wrong and the best way to have everything fixed. He really helped to make us feel like we chose a great home. We'll absolutely be recommending Corpus Christi Home Inspections to all our Military friend's moving to the area.
