- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customer and get a good idea of what they would like done. I also want to know if there's anything they love or don't like at all. We will agree on a price and timeframe and schedule a start date that works for both of us. After completing the job we give the area a very thorough cleaning!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all kinds of different customers! One of my favorite parts of the Job is that we get to meet and work with a diverse group of people. We have done Commercial jobs for warehouses and apartment complexes. We have done extensive remodeling of individual houses. We also enjoy the smaller more artistic jobs that we get to be creative doing!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I think a good contractor or designer can usually work out exactly what you want even if you aren't sure!
