Introduction: I offer one-on-one coaching in the areas of eating and relationship. This may seem like a strange combination, but eating, weight and digestive issues are often reflections of a deeper problem. Without understanding the underlying cause one can struggle with these concerns for a lifetime. My real passion is relationship and life coaching. This is individual, not couples. I will really listen to you and will help you to an understanding of the core causes. This is not therapy. I am a coach, mentor, teacher and friend. I will walk beside you on your journey, not try to "fix" you. I will help you explore yourself and gain insights and methods useful for a lifetime. I studied with Marc David at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating (psychologyofeating.com) and am a certified coach in both areas. I enjoy making a difference. I love seeing the results for clients who put in work on their inner self. We are so conditioned by toxic messages and beliefs from our peers, culture, and media. It's exciting to see someone get in touch with their real self, know what they believe and what their values are and create the life they want.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have any hourly rate and also give discounts for packages of sessions. The rate in my quote is for a package of four sessions. This is an example; you may choose as few or as many sessions as you'd like. If my rate is a hardship for you, we can negotiate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Eating Psychology Coach and certified Conscious Relationship Coach. I studied with Marc David at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating (psychologyofeating.com). These certifications are approved by the State of Colorado, but my coaching can be anywhere.
