Russell, My apologies for the unpleasant experience. I pride myself on providing the best service to my customers. As I mentioned, my wife went into labor which affected your scheduled move and lead to not being able to answers your phone call. I offered to reschedule your move by having another team complete your move a couple hours after the time that was scheduled. Unfortunately I did not hear back a response from you until late the following day. This was an isolated incident which is not a reflection of my business practice.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually like to do a walk though at the pick up and drop off location once we arrive. At that point I will let you know which items will be wrapped. Also if anything needs to be moved out of our paths for safety reasons I will ask you if we can do so. Following the assessment I’ll get straight to work. At this point your free to sit down and relax while the task is taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 3 years of on the job work experience and training. The majority of which was conducted in the narrow and tight stairways/hallways of San Francisco.
