FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
THE PROCESS Initially, we will ask you to fill out our client inquiry form. This will help us find out what you have in mind for your event, and begin creating a ‘list’ of items so we can start quoting for your flowers. It also provides us with some information about the style of your event. Please note: - Budgets over $3,000: We will work with you to realize a specific color palette and flower choices, including a list of flowers, greens and textural elements likely to be available at the time of your event, as well as more extensive color palette planning based on other details from your event. - Budgets under $3,000: We will do our best to accommodate a pre-existing color palette but ultimately exact floral choice will be left up to the florist to source what works within your budget. We will simply choose the most beautiful flowers that suit the color palette palette in keeping with the rest of your event. - Oncewehaveyourform, wewillrespondwithpricingforstandarditems(suchas bouquets, boutonnieres, or vase arrangements) and perhaps ask further infor- mation about custom items (such as ceremony installations, arbors or garlands). Where applicable, we will also advise on flower availability. Please bear in mind we do not promise particular flowers - we are at the mercy of weather and season- ality. However, rest assured we will do our best to source the flowers you want, and will provide beautiful flowers appropriate to your event and color palette. - Atthispoint, ifyouarehappytomoveahead, wecanarrangeaphonecallorin person consultation if you wish.
