Suzannah has been such a motivation in my fitness journey. She has adapted work outs to accommodate many physical limitations. I have three young children and she included them in my work outs and even helped wrangle my kids. She is flexible, fun and knowledgeable. Suzannah also helped me with nutrition counseling and checked in with me often to keep me accountable. Hiring Suzannah has benefitted me in so many ways! I couldn't recommend her enough!Jun 28, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Personal Training: $50/session is my base price. If I travel to you, add $10 for travel time. Nutrition Coaching: $75 for the initial consultation, and $50 for follow up sessions. All Nutrition coaching includes a detailed meal plan with simple recipes and a categorized shopping list.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When I meet with a perspective client, we chat for a bit in the sitting area of my studio. If we are meeting in person, or we’ll chat on the phone if it’s a distance client. I ask them questions about their lifestyle, schedule, responsibilities, current eating and exercise habits...we chat about what they are wanting to accomplish by hiring me....and I tell them a lot about me as well, so they feel comfortable knowing I am a "real" person with real challenges like them. It's important for people to know I'm not different from them, and that just because I'm in the fitness business doesn't mean I don't have my own challenges when it comes to exercise and Nutrition. I definitely want to convey that I am relatable. After we chat for a bit, we outline a realistic plan. We'll figure out a schedule we are both comfortable with, and plan our first session!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've had a certification from NASM for 12 years, and a Nutritionist certification from Venice Nutrition for 8 years. And, I've been through many trainings and seminars plus ongoing continuing education.
