- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you want to work out frequently then I offer a discount in the sessions. The most popular option is: 2 times a week for the month (8 sessions) for $400, I also write you workouts to do on your own time (at home or the gym)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know you! So we can sit down for a consultation in person or we can do it over a zoom call if you don’t want to Come to the studio :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NASM certified personal trainer. Worked 2 years with a chiropractor where I built and taught rehab programs and attended numerous seminars on health and nutrition.
