- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate and also offer styling packages which you can book directly on my site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is really understand my client and their goals with their style and wardrobe and personal image. During my initial consultation, I ask questions to assess the clients lifestyle, wardrobe needs, and budget and the right services that are needed to accomplish their goals. During one of my infamous "closet audits" I go through a clients closet and determine what to keep, what to give away and what to resell. From this process, I understand what is needed to add to the clients wardrobe during out personal shopping trip, which is the next step of working together. During a personal shopping trip, which I make a very enjoyable for my clients, I select and style the client in pieces that they will look great in. Shopping can be very overwhelming for many, but with help and expertise it is an enjoyable and fun day. I always work within my clients budget, whether small or large and they always leave with outfits that they look and feel great in!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in 2005 with a degree in Visual Styling and Merchandising. I have 11 years of experience styling hundreds of clients from celebrities and public figures, to working women, to stay at home moms.
