This is incorrect, Daniel received the policy limits of 100k due our work, he was rude to our staff and extremely difficult to work with yet we still fought for every penny. We did not run up his medical bills. We stand behind our work and the policy limits of 100k we received on the case.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Contingency Fee, there are NO fees until we win your case. That means there is no out-of-pocket and you will never pay me a dime until I collect the settlement check from the insurance company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every case is different, every client is different, however for an auto accident, the typical process is I or my associates meet with the new client and explain exactly what they can expect during the case process. I follow up with the new client to make sure they are receiving the best medical care and their car is getting fixed. I follow up with the treating doctors to make sure the client is getting all the care that they need to get back to normal. Once the client is back to normal, I collect all the medical records and submit a demand to the insurance company and shortly thereafter settle for the highest possible amount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Law School, California State Bar, continuing education, I draft educational pieces for publication. I mentor other attorneys.
