Eric is an amazing person, musician, and teacher. I feel extremely fortunate to have had him as my son’s piano teacher this past year. A quality that I love most about Eric is how he brings his own passion and enthusiasm for music to every lesson his does. My son (age 14) felt inspired after every lesson with him and although he has always loved music, it was not until we found Eric that he really began looking forward to his lessons every week. Eric is patient, encouraging, engaging, and very talented. He adapts his teaching style to the personal needs of each student regardless of their age and experience level. I loved that he worked with my son to find pieces that he would truly enjoy learning and playing. With Eric as a teacher, lessons are not only about how many minutes you practiced or pages you completed in a workbook – they are about how the music makes you feel, the enjoyment that comes with learning and playing and the reward you feel when you reach that next goal you set for yourself. I highly recommend Eric to anyone starting or continuing their musical journey. Eric does not just give lessons, he brings music into the heart of anyone he teaches and those who listen to him play.

Eric has a passion for teaching and is excellent at meeting the students where they’re at, in terms of level and personality. My son and daughter both learned so much in a very short time. Throughout the year I played competitive volleyball and Eric was always very flexible with scheduling and making sure he could fit me into his schedule - even if it was last minute. I could tell that Eric generally cared about how well I understood each piece of material. No matter how long it took for me to understand he never gave up on me; if one explanation didn't make sense to me, then he would reinterpret it another way. Even when times were tough in the school year, he pushed me and he kept me on track. The impact that Eric had on me was incredible and I highly recommend his services. Thank YOU Eric!

Eric was always very pleasant and respectful. He truly cares about his students. Our son was in his 9th year of lessons, so he was already pretty much established in his style, however, I looked at it as a mentor for him. They jammed together which was very positive in keeping his interest in music. I definitely recommend Eric for children of all ages.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Accelerate curriculum charges the cost of many local studios' 30 minute private lessons at other studios, but instead you get an hour with me each week. Plain and simple, 2x the amount of time with the teacher for the same price as my competitors. For more specific numbers please fill out an inquiry on my Sign Up Page. While I am ecstatic about my Accelerate curriculum, I also offer in-home lessons as a premium service to families who want the convenience of me coming to them. As a traveling teacher offering several different programs, my pricing varies for every student based on travel time and length of lesson which would make it inappropriate to post a fixed figure here. After reviewing your needs and location, I provide a individual price quote at the Free Trial Lesson.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Go to my website. 2. Go to the Contact Page and fill the contact form out. 3. I will call/email within 24 hours. 4. We will discuss your needs and children's situation, and schedule a trial-lesson. 5. If we are a great fit together, you will have the opportunity to enroll to a weekly lesson, attend concerts together, perform in recitals and join an amazing piano studio community!
