- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $100 for a One hour in home wardrobe consultation. If a client purchases custom clothing with in one month of the wardrobe consultation then the $100 will go towards their custom purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our appointment we will discuss your goals and vision for your new clothing. Along with your likes, dislikes, fit preferences and so on. Once we have selected that unique fabric we will be able to show you virtually on our tablet of what that will look like as a finished garment. Then I will be taking over 30 measurements for your suits, 11 measurements for your shirts to create that unique pattern.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the men's apparel industry for over 17 years and since 2004 in the men's custom clothing industry. Our local 2nd generational tailors have been in the tailoring business all their professional lives.
