So far he has been very responsive and has followed up thoroughly. Work will start next week... Max came for the pond repair just a few days after his initial free consultation and did a phenomenal job... Showed up early and got right to work. He is kind, respectful and very professional. I can't recommend this company enough!!!! Thanks Max... We'll be in touch soon...Mar 27, 2018Verified
Max was very informed and knowledgeable about our water wall feature. He replaced the pump, got it back in working order, and even replaced some of the pipes in the feature that will make repairs much easier and better in the future.Feb 27, 2018Verified

In this day and age, I rarely have the opportunity to witness truly excellent customer service. Well, Max from Neck Deep Aquatics impressed me with his customer service! Not only did he come out to check out our aquarium on a Sunday, he was back the very next day to thoroughly clean our extremely dirty tank. Then he added two fish, two snails, rocks and plants. Afterwards my whole family was completely amazed by transformation! Max was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We are so pleased with the service and will use him in the future every time we need help with our aquarium!!Feb 11, 2018Verified
