My sister and I hired J.D. Property to manage our property in Orange County more than 30 years ago. Over those years, our management team changed once but excellent relationships were, once again, established immediately both through the phone and via paper reports . Each time we visited our property, we were promptly met by the J.D. management team who were able to give us an informed review of the property issues so that we could make good choices for care and maintenance. I have been with J. D. Property Management since 1983. I think that says it all. Rents are collected. Bills paid. Apartments rented to quality tenants. This is a company with long-term employees who enjoy working for a company that is well run and managed. I don't have many concerns; but when I do, they are answered promptly and professionally. I give J.D. Property an A-Plus rating. The company and employees are efficient, trustworthy, and ethical.
