And with that I also believe that everyone has the opportunity to discover their potential and improve upon themselves. Using the Exercise Science knowledge gained from obtaining my Kinesiology degree, many years of martial arts, and training experience I work alongside you to develop customized, flexible programs that will help you reach your specific goals effectively. Please feel free to contact me to schedule a consultation in order to go over any questions you may have, a training session is included as well. Robert is caring but will push you to be your best. I am overweight and I step with my toes (thanks to all the years I was a ballerina in my youth) plus I have duck feet (I walk with my toes outward like first position in dance talk.) He instantly picked up on that and would point out every time I started walking incorrectly. I have since become more aware of how I walk and my only complaint would be, WHY DIDN'T I MEET ROBERT SOONER!?! He gives excellent instructions on different workouts and helps you do said workouts properly so you don't hurt yourself.I would love to have him as a trainer again and when I live in the Orange County area again, I will definitely be giving him a call. Please, do yourself a favor and give Robert a chance. He will improve your way of life, I promise!

I was a ballerina for years when I was younger and from that stemmed some bad walking habits. I step with my toes first and I'm always in first position, or out-toed, which in turn has messed with my knees and hips. Robert instantly picked up on that and made me walk the track while he was walking right behind me, telling me every time I started walking improperly so that I would be aware and correct myself. After that we moved on to basic workouts and he was sure to tell me exactly what muscles should feel it and exactly how I should do said workouts so I wouldn't hurt myself. His training has certainly helped me ever since! I unfortunately moved away so I could not continue training with Robert but as soon as I move back to the area, I will absolutely continue training with him. Thank you for everything Robert!

Robert is fantastic!!! He creates workouts that are specific to what you and your body can handle and then he pushes you to the limit. He does this because he knows you can do it with the drive and determination he builds up in you! There have been times when I've wanted to give up, when I didn't want to go, but his support not only as trainer but as friend kept me going. And it keeps everyone he works with coming back. Robert has helped me learn so much about my body and what it's capable of doing. Before I started working out with Robert, I would always be found sitting on the couch watching t.v. or staring at my phone. Even though its only been a month since I started, I can see the difference in my stamina, my physique, my motivation and my overall energy! Granted I did have a few hiccups with the eating correctly ( bread is my weakness) and not getting the proper sleep due to my crazy schedule, I was still able to loose weight and inches on certain areas of my body! No two workouts are the same and are challenging. But, that is what fuels the drive!!! I would recommend anyone looking for a personal trainer to Robert at Summit fitness! I can't wait to see where this journey takes Me!

Honestly Robert is a great trainer. He will put in twice as much effort to help you accomplish your goals. He varies with his exercises to make it fun and entertaining. He knows how hard the work will be and willing to help you become the person you want to be. But most of he's very motivational, when you want to give up he won't let you. He will push you as far as your willing to go, but your next appointment he will challenge you to push yourself hard.

Awesome trainer! Robert structured a workout just for me, and the goals that I have for myself. He's very encouraging. Super friendly and nice but will make sure that you get the best workout that you can do.
