- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing, I will work with your budget and help to provide you with the best food experience for your dollars. All pricing is custom for the menus produced for each event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn the intereests and expectations of each customer and provide customized menus that fit the budget and event. You will not find standardizied menus with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained in classic cooking techniques at Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles California. I have worked in all aspects of the food service industry including 5 star resorts and 4 star country clubs. Ownership and management have always been my positions through my entire career.
