Worst company ever. 1st, they arrived over two hours late. No call, no email, and not sorry about being late. I needed them to install my new gas stove. As well as change out a foot on my dishwasher. They didn't hook up the gas line properly, and filled my hide full of gas. I called a busy of mine too look at it as well. We tested the connection and found that there was a gas leak. Which they didn't test for. It turned out that they didn't use any plumbers putty when connecting the gas line. There fire w had to do it. Next thing was the dishwasher foot. Not only did they not install it, but they broke the dishwasher door. The springs are no longer connected, and the doit nite just slams down. It also doesn't lick all the time now, which means it won't start up. I had to pay $70 for these clowns to break my stuff. I've called multiple times to get a refund, and they won't answer or call me back. Thumdtack should reimburse me, and then go after them for the money.

They did a fine job fixing the dryer. The job was delayed slightly, and communication was an issue. They were polite and friendly.
