Integrity Floor Care provides excellent floor cleaning services specializing in tile and grout cleaning. Utilizing patented technology we clean ceramic and natural tile and can clean the deep down dirt on your grout. We also clean other hard surfaces like concrete, brick or vertical surfaces like tile showers! We also seal grout, a process that keeps them looking better and makes the grout easier to clean. We love to see the happy faces of our customer once we help them sovle the problem with their tile and grout!

Integrity was hired to clean our natural stone floors after requesting a quote through Thumbtack. We received our quote via email in less than 24 hours. We contacted them with a follow up phone call and set up our appointment. Mr Tim Walker, the owner, arrived on time and did the work for the price quoted. The floors were beautiful, and he was lovely to deal with. I would definitely recommend Integrity for future work!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the different materials and styles of floors it is only fair to the customer that we do a free demo and estimate to determine the proper expectation and price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted by a potential customer we offer to do a free demonstration at the home or business. This demo allows for a proper expectation so the customer can see the results on their own floor! We then will measure the area to be cleaned and provide a free estimate. If the customer is pleased with the results we can move forward with the job or schedule another time that is convenient for the customer to complete the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Integrity Floor Care cleaning technicians are factory certified in advanced multi surface cleaning methods from The Masters Touch facility in Phoenix, AZ. Our background in various customer service industries has allowed us to understand a customers needs and concerns and offer 100% customer satisfaction.
