- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We ask a fair price for the quality work that we perform. Every project is different though so accurately quoting is a priority early on. Feel free to email us with details about your project and we will get you a fair and accurate quote. Some questions to consider before emailing us would be: Where will your final video live and what will it be used for? How many cameras do you need? Do you require editing, sound design, and color grading?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free consultation either over the phone or in person. We determine what your video needs are and assemble a strategy for publishing video over time. Then we schedule our shooting, editing, and delivery. From there we can either deliver the finished video to you or your marketing representative, or we can provide ad placement through broadcast or digital distribution. We can publish content as video pre-roll, interstitial ads, banners, email campaigns, Facebook marketing, and much more with demographic or geographic targeting.
