Introduction: I am a fully licensed clinician with experience working with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief, identity issues, spiritual issues, and everyday stressors. I do individual as well as couples therapy, have worked with clients of all ages, and have experience in working with LGBTQ specific issues. I have completed the level 1 Gottman Marital Therapy training and use his evidenced-based marriage therapy techniques in session. I am trained in EMDR (a quick result therapy that targets trauma), and use CBT and DBT as well. I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher, Healing Touch student, trained in Reiki energetic healing, and can use holistic wellness tools as requested.
