- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a buyer of a home in the RI Multiple listing service, there is no cost to you for my services-my fee comes from the MLS offering that the seller of the house you purchase pays. A RI seller pays my agency Albert Realtors, a 6% fee of the net selling price-which is split with any cooperating agent that brings a buyer. That is the beauty of the multiple listing service, someone always has a buyer for your home. I guide you through the entire process and do all the work for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To meet with them either at my office or at their home, depending if it is a buyer or a seller. Outlining the entire process and what they can expect. Answering any questions and keeping in constant communication to ensure a smooth transaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
RI Real Estate Lic. #0041949, real estate exam and RI State Laws exam, continuing education yearly.
